Simply Stairlifts was founded in 2017 by father-and-son team Brian and Jack Pinchbeck.

Together, they combined their shared values of family, trustworthiness, and excellent customer care to create a stairlift company that genuinely puts people first.

Jack, a qualified mechanical and electrical engineer, holds an NVQL2 in stairlift installation, servicing, and repairs. With years of experience working in the mobility industry, Jack leads the team with a dedication to professional, friendly service.

Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-first approach to the business. His commitment to reliability and care helps ensure every Simply Stairlifts customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Fantastic service from initial visit to installation. Brian, who did the survey and quote, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth. Jack did the installation which was excellent. Very pleased with the new stairlift. At the end, Jack took time to go through how everything worked and the ongoing support provided. Overall, would highly recommend this team.

Jack and Brian have fitted two stairlifts for our family: one for my parents and then my in-laws. On both occasions these were needed as a matter of urgency and they responded quickly ensuring that they were fitted as soon as possible.

Jack and Brian are highly knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service. They helped us to make the best decisions in each case, one being a bespoke design to ensure it was most effective. After installation, they took the time to explain the controls etc and ensure that my parents and in-laws were confident in using the stair lift.

Jack and Brian offer excellent aftercare and respond promptly to any difficulties. On one occasion when we needed support, they responded swiftly and visited to solve the problem.

It has been fantastic to use a smaller family firm who offer such a personalised service and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I contacted Simply Stairlifts when my wife found it difficult to climb our stairs. Brian came round that afternoon for a survey. We were very impressed with his quote and placed an order.

We needed two rails as there was a landing half-way up, and we did not want to wait for a continuous curved rail.

Jack came round a few days before the installation to discuss the logistics of providing power to the two stairlifts. The installation took place 7 days after the order was placed. Jack started at 12.30pm and methodically installed both lifts. Brian visited to check on progress and to help with final testing.

At all times Brian and Jack were a pleasure to have in our home - polite, courteous, professional and accommodating. My wife was a bit apprehensive about using the lifts, but Jack instructed her on their use, and she has quickly become more at ease with them. I would certainly recommend Simply Stairlifts to anyone.

Amazing service, Brian is fabulous. I called them at 2pm regarding an issue with my grandparents stair lift, Brian said he would be over at 4pm ish. Arrived before 3.30pm and is fixing the lift now! Absolutely fantastic service, we will be moving all our maintenance and repairs over to them in the future.

Jack is always friendly and polite. His approach is very professional. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing. We have had to call him out on multiple occasions and he always gets to us asap.
For example, I called him today and he arrived in just over an hour.
Excellent service. I can heartedly recommend his service.

I rang this company based on a recommendation and spoke to a lovely man named Brian. Brian outlined the installation process and costs and swiftly visited my parents the next day to meet them and take measurements of their staircase. Brian is polite, fun and communicates well and it was a pleasure to meet such a genuine man. His Son Jack came four days later and installed the stairlift for my parents. Jack, who is very much like his father, explained everything in a way that we all understood. He worked methodically, quietly and tidied everything up once the job was finished. He had a laugh with my Mum and put a smile on her face. Again, a lovely man. All in all it was a great no-fuss experience for my parents. We would highly recommend Brian and Jack.

I called Jack at very short notice for an emergency. He made time for me and very much for the better and my relief sorted the situation out .

A very personable young Guy and what he charged was very reasonable indeed.

This is the first time I have used this company and I cannot praise them too highly. Their response was first class as was their service. Very reasonably priced and no aggressive attempt to sign me up to an expensive service maintenance contract - unlike the supplier of the stairlift. I would thoroughly recommend them! A special mention to the engineer Jack.

Exemplary service. From first enquiry to finished install and after-care, Brian and Jack have been professional, friendly and respectful of my Mum and Dad's needs.

No-one wants a stairlift. But that time comes when you might need one for someone in your family. And yes, it's bewildering trying to understand it all, and what is a good deal or product. Simply Stairlifts didn't hard sell us at all. They assessed the property set-up and explained every option and what would happen.

They took the time to answer follow up queries and put our minds at rest, before we committed to order. Within a week, they'd installed the new stairlift, and patiently demonstrated and explained how it operated. No mess, a great job done, and reassurance they will be there to help should we have further questions.

This is a lovely family business who work with compassion and professionalism from start to finish. Jack and Brian were so friendly and worked really hard to make sure I got something that met my needs. They did a great job of the installation and left everything clear and tidy. They were happy to answer all of my many questions and got everything fitted without delay. I’m very happy and would gladly recommend them.

Massive shout out to this company!
Brian & Jack were amazing, they both came over to quote during the Christmas break and then pulled out all the stops to get the stair lift installed early Janauary, Jack even popped over a few days later to swap the position of the seat belt.
