If your lift qualifies, we’ll make a no-obligation offer before arranging any visit. The figure reflects the second-hand market, not a new unit price, but it often offsets the removal cost entirely and sometimes results in a payment to you.
Curved stairlifts are a different story. Curved rails are built for a specific staircase and can’t be adapted elsewhere, so rail buyback isn’t usually possible. The seat unit, motor, and controls may still have partial value, and we assess each case individually.
