Yes. We service all makes and models, regardless of who originally supplied or fitted them. If you’ve moved into a property with a stairlift already there, or you want to move your servicing away from the original supplier, we’re happy to take it on.
We’ll let you know on the day what’s needed and what it’ll cost. Most of the time we can sort it then and there. If a part has to be ordered, we’ll come back as quickly as we can.

We wouldn’t recommend it. Stairlifts have safety-critical electrical and mechanical components. An engineer will spot things that aren’t obvious to the untrained eye, and carrying out your own work could affect your warranty or your insurance.
