Jack and Brian have just fitted a stairlift for my mum. The whole process has been clear and professional from the start. They have shown an understanding of my mum's needs and explained the process carefully. It is early days for the stairlift, but we are delighted so far and would certainly recommend the company.
Brian has been absolutely outstanding in his patience, advice, guidance and understanding of our elderly fathers needs. Nothing was too much trouble, he paid several informative visits to the property, explained fully how the process worked. There was no pushy sales pitch and no hidden costs. Another bonus was meeting Jack who installed the stairlift and again took the time to explain how everything worked in a sensitive manner to our parent. Thank you both!

My mum needed her Handicare Stairlift removed after my dad sadly passed away and neither of us knew where to go or who to approach. I contacted Simply Stairlifts upon recommendation and I was instantly drawn to the fact that it is a family run business/not a big company. Brian was friendly and helpful and arranged for the stairlift to be taken out the following week.
